Will this replace our LMS? No. Gurujada is an add-on, not a replacement. Your LMS continues to handle timetables, fees, official records, and administrative workflows. Gurujada handles the teaching-learning conversation.

How much faculty training is required? Minimal. Most faculty members are ready to upload content and configure their AI persona in a 2-hour onboarding session. The platform is built around workflows faculty already use.

Can students who only have a phone use this? Yes. The platform is web-based and mobile-first. It works on any phone browser - Chrome, Safari, Firefox. No app to install. Students in areas with limited connectivity can complete worksheet submissions over 3G.

How reliable is the AI? Will it give wrong answers? Faculty controls what the AI does and does not do. The AI operates within the boundaries set by the faculty member. It does not answer questions outside the configured scope, and does not give direct answers to assessment questions unless the faculty has permitted it. All AI interactions are logged.

Which disciplines can use this? Any discipline. The AI persona is configured per workbook, so Engineering, Humanities, Sciences, Management, and Law faculty each configure their own AI with their own style.

Can we pilot with one department before committing? Yes. We recommend it. One faculty member, one course, two to four weeks. Review the engagement data with your administration. Then expand department by department.

We do not ask universities to overhaul. We ask them to try one department.
