Step 2 - Pilot Department (2-4 weeks) One faculty member, one course, one cohort. Faculty sees morning engagement briefings. Students get AI-assisted practice. Topic mastery gaps surface before the internal assessment.
Step 3 - Review and Expand Compare engagement data with and without the platform. Look at topic mastery progression. Then grow
