Gurujada
Terms of use

These terms govern use of Gurujada. By creating an account or using a Workbook, you agree to them. If you use Gurujada for an organization or class, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.
Accounts and class roles
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Teachers and organization administrators control their Workbooks, membership, visibility, review, and sharing settings. They are responsible for inviting learners lawfully and explaining class expectations.
Your material and permissions
You keep ownership of material you create. You give Gurujada the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit it according to your chosen Workbook settings. You must have permission to upload, import, publish, or ask an AI provider to process the material. Do not infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or another person's rights.
Learning evidence and AI output
Gurujada helps people create and respond to learning experiences; it does not guarantee a learning outcome, grade, credential, or professional decision. AI-generated drafts and feedback can be wrong or unsuitable. A qualified human remains responsible for reviewing teaching material, assessment, feedback, and consequential decisions.
YouTube and other sources
Optional YouTube channel access is governed by your Google grant and YouTube's terms. Use it only for a channel and material you are authorized to use. Other imported links and files remain subject to their source terms. Disconnecting a source does not automatically erase Workbook content you already chose to create from it.
Prices and external purchases
Gurujada currently records seller-provided terms and seller-confirmed access; it does not process the external payment. The named seller is responsible for price, invoice, refund, tax, fulfilment, and purchase support. Read the seller's policy before paying, and do not treat a Gurujada access request as proof that payment was received.
Acceptable use
Do not use Gurujada to harm, harass, deceive, surveil, exploit children, distribute malware, bypass access controls, scrape private data, overload the service, impersonate another person, or publish unlawful material. Do not use learner evidence for a purpose that was not explained to the learner or authorized by the relevant organization.
Availability and account action
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; or restrict an account to protect people, data, the service, or legal compliance. We will use proportionate action where practical. You may stop using Gurujada and request account deletion review through Account settings.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Gurujada is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for an external seller, source site, network, or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own unlawful or negligent conduct.
Law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes handled by courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. We may update the terms and will change the effective date; material changes will be presented prominently. Questions can be sent to hello@gurujada.com.
