Teaching in the age of AI

Gurujada

A 5-day Faculty Development Program for the faculty of MVGR College of Engineering. A teacher-to-teacher conversation about what the classroom looks like now — and what we can do in the classroom we actually run. Not a corporate training. Not a vendor pitch. We are not here to make you an AI expert. We are here to design the smallest unit you fully control — your classroom — so that the evidence of learning and thinking is visible, and so that whatever sits around the classroom (exams, accreditation, departments) has to catch up. You are going to win by embracing AI, not by banning it and not by trying to out-tool it. The program gives you four questions to ask, a way to evaluate what comes back, and a small way to start. Delivered in a hybrid format: in-person on day 1, asynchronous on the platform for days 2-5. The asynchronicity, the AI assistant, and the platform are part of the design — not a compromise. They make the online experience also worth your time. Five days. Six sections. One small start in your own course. Bring your real moment, your real doubt. We will think together.
